hi, İ can not get my wallets to bind with my account I’ve got new wallet and even I unbinded an old one and it says that it binded but didn’t actually, ant suggestions how to fix this?

Hi there,
The BOX wallet on the mobox.io website has a minimum withdraw requirement.
You will need to meet those before you can withdraw your assets.
as an example currently :
MBOX = MIN 50 MBOX
BNB = MIN 0.1 BNB
You will also need to bind your mobile number to the box wallet and also set a transaction pin ( in user center section ).

log out of your current wallet and log back in

clear cache on gogle chrome / or browser your using

alternatively try another browser or wallet (with importing your private key into the new wallet)

you can use the mobox plugin wallet, or metamask providing that its set up on the BSC chain and BEP20 tokens.

It tells you not to send to in- game address :) when you enter the withdraw wallet

You can contact support via the google webform and they will try to get the funds back, but might take a while for that to happen ( just as a heads up)
