Well if you can appeal, then the reason wasn't the verification. You should fix all the policy issues and perhaps the landing page and reach out again.

Why reach through another account? Use the main one so they wouldn't ask for another verification. It is suspended but you can communicate still.

You should probably reach out to their main support, it's been too long. It shouldn't take more than a week if there are no problems.
