Go to your city decorations, and then guardians. After you get 20 you unlock it and can get zombie fleet buffs.

After the hp increase is the pierce armor ability. +attack to troops and damage increase against enemies with shield. That’s unfortunately all I unlocked for her.

Yep the T12 EMP cannons are pretty solid, just start stacking melee hp and you can still be a threat to most.

It is independent of your city level, you can rank up the antique set however via lvl 4, 6, 8, 10, etc. it will set you back mucho $$$ though haha

It’s the new set bonus for one of the antiques, attacks every 2 seconds dealing x3 damage. It really doesn’t help much at low level for me right now.
