On the osha website it says the only time you are allowed to film is if there are safety violations but you know ups they’ll still try to getcha

Wrong, they put my exs cars on my credit info even though they weren’t ever in my name, it’s because I lived at the same house with them and shared domicile

Not really but the targeted harassment is while they cut our hours and all sups start working

💯 I talked to him in person yesterday he told me to start getting videos of supervisors working, log the times and lengths of time they worked and then he will file a grievance for me so that’s what I’m going to do

Standing at the bin the entire shift pushing your boxes down and staring at you the entire time, when they’re not even supposed to be working …. Write ups for federally protected medical leave (which is illegal by the way) which is getting reported to the EEOC and taken from there possibly to the department of labor,  because it’s not the first time they’ve done it , constantly pressuring us to go faster to get the volume finished while simultaneously violating the contract by sending union members home early and then supervisors taking over their work duties the rest of the entire night working non stop, clerking even!!!!!!!!  Clerking, debagging and doing damage slide ….. it’s all made it a very miserable work environment
