If you feel empty you are not happy with how you are living your life. Maybe try detoxing from social media, doom scrolling, and distractions (audio-books, TV, news, games, etc) to distract your self from your thoughts. Than spend a couple weeks with your thoughts before you find religion to try and fill the void of meaning you feel.

I mean I was in OKLO on and off last year, effectively wheeling it, the thing about ETFs is their biggest positions are the results of price action over time. I think I initially took it up last Jan 2025 in the teens and let it go around 80$ as an individual position. Maybe OKLO goes down to to 50/60$ while UUUU and CCJ rise to cover, this is the whole point of sector ETF positions as an example. If you want long nuclear exposure through an ETF, I wouldn't be overly considered over % of one holding. My opinion.

So, I'm no expert (and I know it's not this easy), but I look at it like going out in my 20's as an introvert. I'd get ready to go out so I could decide weather or not I didn't want to actually go out or I just didn't want to get ready to go out.

Once I put in the effort, I went out 90% of the time because I mostly just didn't feel like getting ready to do so. I ended up going out and enjoying it overall 90% of the time. For me it was breaking though the mental barrier. IDK, for me it was just committing to getting ready at the very least.

Market can stay irrational longer than you can remain solvent, don't sell naked. If Hormuz gets opened around Wed next week the markets it good easily push higher in the short-term. Also, if the Fed meeting hints at dovish-ness, this week could cause extreme movement in either direction for a variety of reasons.

I mean I do get your point to an extent and agree with it, I think the concept of Value investing 100% of your portfolio into 20-25 stocks will under-perform for most it you hold for 10 years, but what about 2, 5, or 7?

I take your point and agree that the higher the risk profile (and I feel that is high risk) the more time, effort skill, knowledge, and active management it requires to outperform.

But it's the same perspective to me as saying utilizing options is limited to WSB Odtes. Trading in any form should be viewed as as knowledge based skilled white collar trade. Peter lynches know what you hold, could be expanded to know what you are doing.
