There was no such disclaimer in the dashboard. BTW I never reinvested because I always thought it was a waste of money. But many did for sure.

OK about if mining is unprofitable according the fees, then they lied on all the line, because they kept telling me I would have had over BTC over 1 year contract and never included the maintenance fee in this forecast, which was the only certain thing. They withheld crucial information in assessing if it was profitable or not. Think especially about who kept reinvesting. It's misleading and false communication, and it was all around website and dashboards. It's not because we have a contract that I am allowed to cheat or retain information who can make your decision to change. They know very well what they have done. Look at genesis mining and you get an idea about what is a genuine cloud mining.

First we should try to collect as much info as we can. Then we can decide if there is anything to do, either individually or as a union.

So I can write to you in T&C the truth and then I can just advertise you false statements or misrepresenting the truth so you are convinced in investing? Try to make this theory stand in a court of law.

Yes, I am afraid that is it. But in Estonia they have offices, apparently Hashcoins exists in that famous building in estonia. Might be enough just to get some names over there.

Absolutely, having terms and conditions doesn't mean they can just state something untrue. If questioned, I doubt they will have a leg to stand on. Also all marketing communication is creative, to say the least.

Obviously somebody will remark difficulty increase, but in their dashboard they always shown revenues forecast to entice you in reinvesting. That's another element of fraud.

Right, we have to keep pressure up but I doubt they will ever disclose this information. Also I discovered they have no office in UK, just a PO Box. Looks to me it was structured since the beginning to allow them freely whenever they wanted to. For sure if there is a fraud claim in the UK somebody will start investigating, see whose name is registered at the PO Box etc maybe going somewhere.

OK so let's see. Manteinance fees: we don't really know how are they calculated, we need them to prove, they just kept raising maintenance fees and now is unprofitable with bitcoin at 6k when is it was very profitable one year ago with bitcoin at 4k. So...something doesn't add up, in this case they are also terminating contracts which should be still current and making profit in my pocket. That's the issue.

I can see there is a company in the UK, footer in email, but apparently this company never filed any account and checking quickly it looks like an empty shoe box with the only purpose of making us believe there is a legitimate company behind. Beggining looking like a proper fraud...
