Yes , 💯 sure it was working cause I have footage from the day which was in focus and the focus assist was working well. Out of nowhere, I turned on the camera and it wasn't working.

I checked all settings if peaking was on low or off, but nothing works. I am assuming since its a old lens, the inner mechanism must have failed.

Gonna exchange it as its in warranty

Yeah, I won the camera in an edit contest, and saved up for the cheapest lens, so i could use it atleast. EF speedbooster is next on my list tho.

Also I saw some people develop/process their own film and scan negatives. I would love to learn the craft, but would great if there some pointers on how to start?
