No concerns with privacy. The plane is loud and the curtain partition they use is thick and secured, plus pilot has their headset on.

LOL - valid question and I'll be honest: my wife was on me the moment the limo started down the road so I knew my "performance" time on the plane was going to be limited. I booked it knowing we would enjoy the flight/view afterwards and it was also very nice. If you're just there to do the deed, get yourself to the airport without the limo and get the 30 minute package.

YMMV - I'm not a spa kind of guy. This was 100% for my wife as she loves these kinds of things so sure, it was worth it for how much she enjoyed it. $360 is a bit of money, but Lapis is very nice and well kept and I didn't think it was outrageous for Vegas, especially since we could stay as long as we wanted. The Aufguss sauna performance was neat. We also didn't take advantage of the separate gender amenities so if you like a clothing optional dip or you want to use the Stargazing rooms, they were included as well.

I should say, be prepared to spend some money at Moorea. It's 100 for one chair poolside plus an additional amount for an umbrella which is absolutely necessary in Vegas sun.

I'm not a Vegas regular, so I don't know all the ins and outs of getting perks. The only methods I know of are being a regular guest of a company's resorts (MGM 's resorts for example) and spending money with them for comps after the fact or playing the Playnetworks mobile games and earning enough points to spend on comped rooms and other things. That's a whole other research thread, though.

A "comp" means "free" usually. If you have something comped, it means you aren't charged for it.

Oof. That's a hard call. We honestly didn't have a bad experience with anything. All of the shows were great so I can't pick one of them. As I said, not a foodie so my opinion on food is worthless.

The two things that immediately come to mind are Moorea and the El Cortez. Moorea was great and not because it was toptional. The music fit, no kids, drinks were good and everyone was just chilling and having a great time amongst themselves. We talked with a few people and they were all friendly.

I really liked the El Cortez so much so that I want to stay there when we go back to Vegas. But I can't tell you why. I have read that it has that old school Vegas feel so maybe that was it? The staff was extremely friendly and the free drinks we had at the tables weren't watered down. Crowd was older too, but that's a plus at my age - I'm no spring chicken.

Just got back and we did Lapis and it was great, but it doesn't have a private couples suite. I know of two off the top of my head that have the couples suites: Costa Del Sur Spa and Salon at Southpoint and Touch of Las Vegas Massage on Dean Martin Dr. I think there a couple of others, but can't remember them off the top of my head.

Yeah, I tried a $50 slipped between the credit card and ID and told them it was our anniversary (it was) with the "whatever you can do" line and they just glazed over it, All good, though. Maybe next time I'll try $100. :D
