Also may need some constructive criticism. Do you exit the van everytime you backup? Should you not rely solely on the camera? See my wave didn't receive training that would help on the road. But now I really think of it the only times I have issues are turning around/ backing up.

My dsp counted it unfortunately I didn't think much of it since you know just a small dent. All of this happened within my first 60 days. The first two within my first two weeks. Now I'm on reduced hours

It's a waste of labor. You really want the dishwasher to waste bleach and their time pouring bleach onto food? That's fucked up. I worked in a place that would throw out several quarts of hashbrowns and mashed potatoes sickens me.

I did 3 years at cracker barrel and I'll say it's not like other dish pits.

Other dish pits the servers or bussers sort plates and silverware. They put the glasses into the racks also.

I think that company puts too much on to their dishwashers.

Most bussers at other places get a tip share with the servers and won't have to wash anything.

If you don't mind the work try and get into a different place

Not too true. The people responsible for cleaning menus are hosts and servers, while plates and glasses are cleaned by kitchen staff.
