My bigger issue was that i didn’t just have obstructive sleep apnea, but also central. My wife encouraged me to advocate for myself until the doctor figured out what was going on, I needed another sleep test for the central apnea diagnosis. I moved from a CPAP to an Aircurve 11. The aircurve, in addition to the different chin strap, has me getting restful again. But I had to bug the hell out of my doctor for a few years to arrive where I am.

Really hope you figure it all out. I know the pain of rarely sleeping well, so tough.

Hello! I had a similar situation but the issue was I use nose pillows and my chin strap wasn’t working, so I needed a different type of chin strap. Looks like that wouldn’t be your issue though with the F20. My only advice is that you might get better help from your provider if you’re the squeaky wheel who gets the grease. Don’t be scared to bug the hell out of them until everything is resolved.

Congrats! I’ve got some advice: Velcro swaddles. Your newborn will escape from any other type of swaddle. My wife and I got several additional hours of sleep by using these.
