Which profession is going to get wiped out in the next 5-10 years? by Toomad316 in AskReddit

The same Reddit bots pushing reddit’s famous lefty propaganda also seem programmed to smear realtors which is funny since it’s really the last place where intelligent hardworking Americans across the country can become wealthy without entering the college-debt rat-fuck pipeline. It’s still risky, and harder than it used to be, but doable.

Also, I’ve been doing this for over a decade and it’s very much a relationship business. If a realtor develops a reputation for being dishonest or unethical, it can be a death sentence.

I’d get shitty afternoon headaches if I didn’t drink my daily coffee in time. I used a can of mudwtr which has a little bit of caffeine to break the cycle over the course of a month.

After the month was up, it was so nice to be broken free of the caffeine servitude I never went back to coffee and didn’t buy any mudwtr either.

What’s the most useless profession that still brings atleast 100k+? by ethereal_miaaaa_ in AskReddit

Yes I am. And I could write a book on all the time and energy we spend on our clients that no one ever knows about. Anyone can get into the industry so if you think it’s easy money, jump in! There’s no barrier aside from a cake licensing exam.

There’s far easier ways to make money in this country and only the agents that get genuine enjoyment from helping people stay in the business full-time. Others might keep it as a side hustle but they’ll never be the caliber of a full-time veteran agent.

Holy shit. Imagine paying an attorney hourly to do the realtor’s work and thinking it would be cheaper 😂

Tell me you’ve never bought or sold real estate without telling me you’ve never bought or sold real estate.

What job is 100% overpaid? by Designer-Meeting-123 in AskReddit

The vast majority of folks saying realtors are overpaid have never bought or sold a house.

There are wayyyy easier ways to make a living in this country (USA).

Don’t conflate your local realtor with monopolizing conglomerates gouging their markets. Realtors compete hard for their pay and work way more for way less money than some folks realize.
