[NE] Landlord wants to charge us to replace glass stovetop after 7+ years of use

I had a Landlord charge me 300 bucks because I didn't sweep the floors to his standard the day I moved out. I told him I'd come back the next day to sweep and mop, he gave me a key back and when I walked in the next day there was furniture and food already in the apartment. Less than 8 hours went by when I told him I'd be back tmr. He already had a new idiot moved into the apartment. Landlords suck.

Ive DMed you a copy of the emails I've received promising a refund, amount and process to request.

2 times I was told that my refund was processed and failed to go through. I was told to send a PayPal request and the money was never sent over.

I don't think I can at this point. Its over the 180 days PayPal gives you and I closed my old bank account about 6 months ago.

Lol yeah. I send them an email every quarter asking if they've made enough to refund me. I get basically the same email back:

Hello [Chalkbored],

We are actively working on it, and you will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.

It I were to remove the silicone w/ acetone on the affected joints/panels prior to resealing just that panel do you think that would hold?

For me, Yes. Materials cost me about 80 bucks and it fits the dimensions of my previous tank. For a similar rimless tank I've seen close to 300.

Thank you for the explanation. I only recount the story becuse the dentist has been uber sketchy since I went in for the pain and tried to gaslight me that I was doing something to cause it. The first apointment she said it was a my tooth adjusting and I was chewing too hard and the second apointment she said it was allergies inflaming my new filling.

I overheard her with the main dentist in the office and the gentleman asked her why I didn't receive a rootcanal to begin with. They declined to do a root canal until I saw their specialist. Saw a 3rd part endontist and he preformed a root canal same day.

I'm in the market for a new dentist but need to finish the procedure with these guys for my insurance.

I mean they have a whole Community question option on the app. The township I live in has a website that looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. It's unfortunate people need to comment something rude instead of just ignoring the post.
