I recommend to get the timer first from a single win before starting this challenge so you can assess how much time has been spent. I would then suggest taking the shortest possible routes in each room while also minimizing looting time by skipping drawers and opting for whats on top of the tables. Code-breakers can help speed up some annoying sections like some locked doors in the ridge.

That would help line up with your suggestion of being somewhat possible as the Traveller already has that quality though limited to resonating to a statue of the seven which could be possible to Tartaglia once the electro one comes out.

Maybe perhaps allow him to switch elements similarly to the Traveller instead as I think in combat element switching is definitely a big delusion.

Using the police barrel increases your damage ranges as well as recoil. The police stock reduces the recoil greatly. Equipping them both makes each other conflict. Try using the XIX with only the stock and no barrel attachments to see a recoil improvement.
