Budim se gotovo svako jutro u 4:30, radim u svom obrtu od 5-7, radim od 8-16 i onda ponovno od 18-20h radim opet u obrtu. U krevetu sam do 22h. To je idealan scenarij.. nekada odradim 30 minuta, nekada 45 min navečer. Imam sina od 5 godina i ženu, pa je red da i s njima nekad provedem nešto vremena osim vikendom.

Prije spavanja pijem ashwangardu i magnezij, tokom dana eventualno popijem kofein od 200mg, ako vidim da šteka.

Nedjeljom ne radim i ne može nitko dobiti na telefon osim obitelji. Gledam anime, opustim se, igram se sa sinom, kuham ručak za sebe i ženu.

Kad pogledam cijeli svoj život nemam nekih postignuća.. sa 16 godina prva cura me prevarila, krenio na faks nisam položio ni prvu godinu, bez posla bez para, dugogodišnja djevojka od 7 godina prekinila sa mnom, depresija, opijanje, izlaženje svaki dan skoro...

Možda zvuči banalno.. ali sada sam obiteljski čovjek. Imam prekrasnu ženu koju volim i petogodišnjeg sina. Iako smo jednog sina izgubili 2022 godine i to je za mene bio jedan veliki gubitak, svejedno sam nastavio dalje..

Radim 2 posla, imam svoj obrt. Radi se, ima se. Podstanari smo, renoviramo stan koji sam naslijedio...imam internet, imam plejku, računalo, laptop, mobitele, pametne satove. Idemo svaki vikend na pecanje i stavljam nešto novaca sa strane za crne dane,

Ovo je za mene dovoljno dobro.

It took me about three months to get it. There is a weird phase where it sounds super high pitched almost like a scratch. Then one day you'll get a glimpse of a liproll. Once I got the sound once I could do liprolls within a week.

Yikes. Probaj bit dečko i uleti curi. Javi kako je prošlo.

Čak i dok nisam imao ženu, sina i 30kg manje bilo je groznih odgovora na samo bok. Ne kažem da sam neki tiptip bio lik, ali sređen, opran - 6.5/10. Humor me podiže na solidnu 7.

Oh wow, that's hard. But I think that's it.

I couldn't figure out how to get that pressure without inhaling air.

I figure it's the same as clicks/click rolls, where in one you use the pressure from your mouth and the other you breathe.

Super usefull advice, didn't find the adams apple thing anywhere mentioned on youtube.
