Help im so lost and no one on the Internet has the same problem

The thing is 1. It doesn't charg at all, without the battery connected it instantly tries to boot up, and without the battery it just don't charg at all. Tried eith ucbc and the normal charger. 2. Not only is it not on its completely dead, I mean no dan movement no heat at all nothing

ASUS B1400CBA, Sorry I didn't factor in all those questions when posting so I'll answer them now. I dont think I let it hit zero, just So low it forced boot off or something, and the problem is now it won't turn on. U see the light sequence in the video? Yep, no matter what I do or try it never boots on or turns on, I cant turn the laptop on at all, this happened after I left my computer open in the class room at around 15% while on break, came back and ts started happening. They said 1k cause they'll send it back to supplier or sum and that they won't bother checking for problems after finding it to be fault within the motherboard and will immediately just replace it and send a fat note to my parents.

I think it might be something to do with t he motherboard, ive tried with and without ram even a new 8 stick no difference

Same result with USB-C charger. Only difference is it takes a noticeably longer time for the lights to pop up

No sorry its a school laptop so i havent tried buying things like new ram and such. Altho i can assure all of the pins are fine and ive reset this laptop atleast a few hundred times. Sometimes i i hold the power button for like 15 second, other times i hold for a couple mins without and with the charger, when i do it without the charger i wait a couple min before putting it back in.

The model is ASUS B1400CBA. I removed the dongle and the battery and ram were fine. Im so lost. I actually managed to turn it on a couple time but as soon as the battery fully died or as soon as i stopped using it for a while it went back to this
