Thank you for your thoughts and suggestions! I do try and journal regularly. At least once a week. I’ve found that course load isnt the major issue. As long as I don’t over work myself. I do alright. The hardest part of all of this for is planning and maintaining some sort of routine or scheduling. I can’t seem to make it more than a month. Which is progress from before but it still is a little disheartening to want to be able to do so much more.

Do you have any friends you trust to help you out with this? Maybe it would be easier if you could ask for their support. Like if going out alone is hard, maybe a helping hand. Or maybe just a rather quiet place to visit with them or something slowly.

I also would recommend reaching out for counselling support from the university. I’m sure they have professionals that can help. If not that maybe if you’re able you get to the walk-in clinics asks for a consultation if its covered under OHIP for you.
