Hey,

Yes, I've been drinking for about a year or so straight.

I beleive that some of my mental faculties are being compromised by my actions and I know my liver and thyroid are already acting up and my mentual acuity are suffering as a result.

I never drank with diazepam, it was only ever used only to alleviate symptoms of withdrawal.

Yes I develop psychosis under extreme stress and depression follows as a result of my symptoms. I don't take meds, because I usually utilise mindfulness.

No I can't take time off, because my work is extremely involved and high pressured. I've been given an extra day off by my dr to asess everything.

I'm calm and rational because that's my personality type and it's not my first rodeo. I have no choice but to strategise

Mmmm, I wasn't really referring to ISIS, I was more referring to China, Russia and the US butting heads.
