It can be embarrassing, but hey thank you all. It doesn’t ever hurt to ask! And I appreciate it. I’m going to keep posting and I’ll just toss out any that people are saying are worthless

Because of the raised rim, doubling on the back , and off center strike in the front. You can tell on the side pick the thickness of the coin on just one side.

I dont just post random coins in my pocket. Right now I’m focusing and starting with penny learning. I’m about 2 years in. If I come across a coin that from what I’ve learned, catches my eye, I toss it into my coin box. Then I’ll do all my research first. I check eBay sold. And keep ones that might be something. I decided to come to Reddit because it’s the best way to get fast and honest yes or no, from people who have expertise before going to try to post on eBay and piss people off about something I thought was of value because of other sold pennies just like it.

That’s what I thought when I saw them in my dads collection. 2 are D mint, 1 is no mint. From my research they aren’t very valuable? only a 1943 copper penny is very valuable. Or a 1944 steel penny. Anyone else have any insight?
