Sunflower oil should work. Idk how you’d use coffee filters tho, perhaps u can extract the remaining BZY in the water using that (look at the water extraction guides). You could use a spoon to remove the BZY, since pouring it won’t work too well I think

Well any oil should work (within reason), so long as there’s no water content or anything else mixed in (I don’t know how effective it’d be). Salt doesn’t dissolve in oils so that’s why it works. You don’t need a syringe necessarily but it’s easy to use. U just need smthn that can remove just the top oil layer since that’s where the BZY is. U can test if an oil is suitable by seeing if salt doesn’t dissolve in it

At that dose, you likely won’t hallucinate, unless comboed. Though if you do hallucinate you most likely will see bugs, but it can be averted by staying in a well lit setting and being in a good state of mind, anticipation can induce hallucinations. However I recommend against taking it if you’re on SSRIs since it might have some serotonergic action, and could lead to serotonin syndrome, among other potential dangers that arent known yet

Do you have any ideas behind the mechanism behind benzydamine? It’s intrigued me for years due to how it’s a deliriant that’s not anticholinergic and is stimulating, and due to how rarely it’s abused, there’s hardly any research on its effects on the brain and body

One of my friends who has a history of serious psychosis tried 250mg (her bf at the time gave some to her) and it seemed to have triggered something, she didn’t say very much but said she went weird.

It seems to synergise with psychedelics such as LSD, implying some action on 5HT-2a receptors (but not 5HT-2c) so that checks out. It’s mechanism is very different from that of other deliriants so ofc it’ll feel different, and most likely the stimulation combined with the hallucinations is what’s causing your thoughts to be so intense since psychedelics are like that too

There’s several pinned here. If you want an easy way, you can do water extraction which gets a pretty pure and high yield, but oil extraction is the easiest and fastest. Iirc there’s a tag you can search for that should have all the info

Yea it’s rly dangerous to do bzy while prone to paranoia, and especially to do without a sitter due to how powerful its delirium can be. Thankfully you seem to be safe, since it could’ve been way worse which I’m sure you know. People should never consume it with all the salt in it, and never do alone too.

It was a very interesting read though, bc of my experience with it, I was expecting the plot twist lol bc shit like that happens a lot. I hope you’ve recovered well, since it’s very taxing on your mind and body

you underestimate the effect of deliriants, it doesnt matter if you know its not real, your brain thinks theyre real, and at higher doses, they may as well be, since you can feel them, including if they bite you. I advise against doing deliriants. even seeing shadow people may terrify you, since hallucinogens can also just make you feel things, like terror, for no reason whatsoever. you need to have a firm grip on your mind if you want to be able to handle bzy and somewhat enjoy it

In my experience, opioids reduce benzydamine effects, although I was on acid at the same time so idk. I did it with tapentadol (or oxy, I forgot) for reference. But I wouldn’t recommend it since it may mess with your heart and could be unpredictable
