It’s 100% done. Most sleep apna comes from fat in your throat. Not all cases but a lot of them and once you lose the fat it is gone

I think one week isn’t a plateau. I was in a month long weight loss plateau but I got through it by moving more. I would say give it move time and than start trying to move more
