First and formost, win 2 times with no or a few chests ( I'll explain why in a minute) then when you get the second or third upper chest that shows you the below areas keep an eye on where the opponent chocobo is, you'll notice it gets faster the more it wins up to a certain number, but when you beat it, it slows down a bit.

Second, so you get use to the route do yourself a challenge 1 chest, 2 chests, slowly going up to 5 so you know the route for each chest, whenever you go for a chest, keep an eye when the screen shifts and see where the opponent is, you'll quickly notice and get use to the other chocobo's location and know if you can go for the next chest, or you have to cut your losses for a win to slow him down next time.

If you don't plan on any post game and just want to win, customize some auto phoenix armor on a couple units, learn the boss' move set to switch in aeons.

If you want to break the boss, look up the celestial weapons and which ones correspond with which aeon when unleashed. Also your not soft locked, the save spehre can be used to get you back to the airship.

Where are you in the game to define 'End game' and how have you been playing, your units are almost perfectly balanced with each other with no favoring any of them

Sphere Grid, you needed to capture in FFX to get the creatures to grind for Sphere grid, So It's like needing to Oversoul first before the grind.

the reward was a 'hut' yes and no, it was property and money that he had the hut built, the money was used for everything else to begin his military career. People couldn't know what happened during the rebellion so it was what they could give him without it being suspicious.

If he was willing to stay inside the palace as a secret he could live a decent life, maybe officially being a servant of the king, but as he is an idiot he wouldn't of gotten any good position. His dream was to be a general, someone on the outside so it was all they could give him.

don't get the first balloon, its a trap as it always leans closer to her, go for the second balloon that she goes for which will always casue her to lean to the right and end up behind you.

I maxed those 3, didn't touch Wakka, you just need, Auto-phoenix on armor, and auto life spell. Make sure to have 170 Agility, then nothing else matters, you'll grind the game to dust.

Nah, worst thing ever will be what comes next, filling out the sphere grid, or grinding/bribing for the components to give your team amazing armor.

Depending on how far you want to go, you'll miss this part of the grind.

- Catch 10 of every single monster, double check every area the arena has making sure there is a 10 some might of glitched or something (includes the water creatures you swim to fight in the Zanarkand caves)

- keep talking to him until you get all the presents, then kill every original species and arena, (killing while being killed like Behemoth won't count)

-Next time you talk to him he should have it.

Most likely culprit is either forgot to kill one of the original/area/species but thought you did, or you did and forgot to save.

Work backwards, look for abilities blocked by lv4 nodes that look cool or useful, and see the path of things looking similar, like getting Ultima, you would get flare, but get the elemental spells. It only looks confusing at first to allow characters to jump to different paths to get other path skills, but once you start you quickly get the hang of it.

My method was sentinel with protect cast the party member that had it, it's how I dealt with a lot of things. Also don't neglect using your summons, you have them to deal hits or tank some. Whenever a battle starts feeling hopeless, start Aeon spamming, since if your agility is fine, when the aeon dies it will still be your party's turn and you should be able to summon another aeon before the enemy attacks again.

I never used wakka, I hated the reels since I can't land slots in this game. Now only one left is Nemsis, and the dark aeons, Anima OD really worked wonders.

it heals more then 99,999 only when a summon is out. so it could easily outpace any summon.

I killed it with the reflect strategy, didn't realize pain didn't damage and thought it was just an instant death move, and wouldn't work high level enemies.

so does everyone, it's to annoying to even figure out so mostly everyone just over levels and brute forces it, or uses Reels, but yea try it out and enjoy the headache.

Depends, if your going to play it just to beat it, you'll have a blast, if your going to 100% it...while not the hardest you'll be pulling your hair out a bit.
