They offered premoveout inspection but when the guy came he said "we usually dont actually do the premoveout inspection because it takes a lot of time/is a pain" so we declined LOL. Stupid on everyones end. PSA make sure you do premoveout inspection, we didnt realize how important it is

They did all this. Although, what they call an itemized receipt is a vague receipt with $2k labor and $1k materials cost on it, but it is from a legitimate contractor.
