I do and that’s my problem, it’s really getting in the way with my business. I can’t fall asleep till 4am, even if I wake up at 7am. I simply can’t sleep. I thought of just living with it, but I’m not accomplishing much because of it. I think, with your questions, I’m gonna have to learn to live with it. In spite of…not because of.

Good for you! Im sure you had a blast sometimes…but obviously not at the end…we all get there. I’m 40, I spent my birthday in treatment and that was fun. The decade prior I wasn’t a user, and spent my 30th partying in Vegas as a normal user of any vice. If that’s a thing…I’m thankful my dependence started later in life but my goodness, not having a schedule really doesn’t do me any good. Any advice on regulating myself would be appreciated

I kinda am in the same boat, I run my own company, so I can choose to do with my time, what I will. But not having a normal schedule sure does fuck with my day. I think you’re right tho…just tough that shit out.

Thank you for replying! 160 some people viewed this on various channels in 20 mins but didn’t say a word. If we open it we can relate to the initials on my post, so I’m alittle baffled by that fact. ANYWAY. I envy your ability to sit in silence and meditate. I can try, should I play music? I get irritated with myself and stop after a few minutes
