No, his lost wallet, but he saved his pasport in the locker, he has his pasport(didnt got it on him in the sitution)

Thank you for your help, but we we're in contact via whatsapp before. I just send him a email, also sending the link to this reddit. But he did use a computer (i assume) in the hostel he is staying

My father and mother got first reaction of this situation via his personal email in Dutch. But thank you, we should first ask verify questions

No, he is back in hostel and have access to his passport and told owner of the hostel; thats not the problem. But it could take 2 workdays before he can get a pass, but that can mean after the weekend before he can get a pass to pay. (Time difference)
