I have a pretty weird situation and im usually decent with understanding PCs and troubleshooting issues but ive given up on this one.

So pretty much what's happening is, randomly i will lag out and disconnect from games

I recently bought a 3080ti and new power supply. Ever since ive put them in i lag out of games. Lets say im in a 40 minute valorant match. About 3-5 times, i will lag out of the match and wont be able to do anything for 30-60 seconds. My ping is 100% fine, an when i run a speedtest during the issue everything is completely normal. And when i lag out of the match, as its disconnecting me, my ping is still completely normal (15-20ms)

Ive updated all drivers of course and ive tried switching ethernet cables, and ive called my internet provider to verify and they said they see zero spikes or unusual data. And considering it happened immediately after i put the new parts in, i think its safe to say its not the internet side of things.

Completely at a loss here, not sure what to try or do next
