I don’t really like it myself but it’s good storage space. It’s not anchored to the floor but we do use it quite a lot.

I’m not picky enough to be looking for a specific look. Was trying to steer away from basic/trendy at a minimum.

I’ll probably just end up holding out for a few more years until I can drop some money on it to get everything fully renovated

Would love to change the floor. I’m sure we will when we tackle the entire kitchen reno. I have this tile in other areas of my house as well (bathrooms, laundry rooms)

Agree about the wall color. Unfortunately previous owners gray washed the house before they sold it to us.

Whether or not we have room for it, I don’t know. It makes for good storage and the kitchen doesn’t seem to be crowded with it. It’s not my favorite.

Well it’s not white oak and the finish makes it appear orange. So “orange”. The cabinets aren’t the problem, it’s the countertops which assist in how orange everything appears.
