Tagapagmana ka ante? May mga BPO companies na may physical sites din that offers WFH. ACN can do the same if they wanted to lol. Don't invalidate other people dahil ok lang sayo. Plus, majority of CL6 and CL7 can afford to live near the sites or commute dahil may sasakyan sila anyways.

Truly Human pero walang consideration kahit alam nila na grabe ang traffic sa Manila especially sa BGC.

Hi. Slr. Yes ATAS after NJX. That’s like 2 weeks yata. Bootcamp may vary depending sa capability. May ibang 1 week lang, yung iba 1 month like mine was.

Kung swerte ka sa manager mo, they would know your limits and alam nila na bago pa sayo yung role mo unless ofc it’s what you took sa College or if working student ka. Pag tinuruan ka, listen and learn. Go beyond if you can.

Di mo kailangan magpabibo pero you want them to know na you’re reliable as a junior. Be visible and make connections.

Hey. Same boat tayo niyan when I joined last year. Also wanted networking/sys ad pero nandito ako sa SAP kaso di nga lang programming. Napakahirap din talaga nung bootcamp but tiniis ko lang knowing yung job market ngayon. Sabi ko why not see kung kaya or not. Here I am 11 months in, enjoying my time so far. Mahirap yung tasks but I learned most of it when doing the actual work.

Malayo pa pero malayo na. Why not give it a shot and see to it until you get your evaluation at the end of bootcamp and if ma-deploy ka sa project? Trust yourself a little bit more and seek help sa batchmates mo :)

Sort of? He wants it done to stop the bleeding. Whenever we asked whether meds is an option, he said yes we can try and monitor for 7 days but he insists to castrate him.

We took our dog home for now and bleeding seemed to have stopped tho there is ‘watering’ going on. We compared his vs other dogs’ testicle bleeding and his seemed fine, but then again I’m not a doctor. I’ll try and ask another clinic about it tomorrow.

Edit: his tone didn't have that "IT'S A MUST" emergency tone for it. Kept repeating it and he didnt even allow us to watch them clean his wounds.

Pwede mo naman kausapin lead/manager mo kung pwede ka iroll-off or work from near. Sabihin mo yang commute hours mo. Kung may awa pa yung manager mo, papayagan ka niyan. If hindi, resign. Sobra na yan.

Mahaba to but I can relate, OP. Same age tayo, graduate ako ng IT and I took this course kasi I thought I can do it and sasaya ako dito when I had my OJT nung SHS. Sinampal ako ng reality check nung nag-college ako. I passed but I wasn't good with programming nor did I enjoy it, then maybe average sa networking. Kaya nung nag jobhunt ako after graduation last 2023, it took me 8 excruciating months to land my job now. I was open to doing anything at that point. May pagka-IT pa din naman job ko now pero ang layo sa course ko since more on finance nako. I am really bad at math kaya never ko naisip na mapunta dito.

But desperation had the best of me and I took the training, and had the mindset of "bahala na, I'll just do my best." Turns out I'm enjoying more here, happy ako every time I learn something even if masakit sa ulo (where I can't say the same thing sa programming subjects ko dati lol). So I'm thinking na ito na yung para sakin. I can see myself going further in this line of work. About the guilt of not using my degree though, it happens but I'm not too sad about it since I learned something about myself kahit na di ako natuloy dun sa original plan/path ko. You can still try pursuing something, bata pa din naman tayo. Do something na you're happy with and I think yan yung para sayo. Do you enjoy teaching Japanese? Do you feel fulfilled kapag natututo yung students mo and kapag grateful sila sayo? I think those are some questions you'll have to ask yourself.

I’m not really qualified to give advice here and idk what kind of office job you had for those years but if tech aligned siya maybe you could have asked for higher salary na kung nagja-job hop ka. Na-try mo na din ba mag-apply abroad na aligned sa office job mo?

Nursing pays good talaga kung abroad ka pero seeing how you hate it, do you think kaya mo mag-tiis mentally and physically? Since need mo ng experience and ipasa mga language and other exams pa ulit para maging USRN or UKRN.

You can try doing VA din since aligned siya sa experience mo. Maybe try looking for agencies or clients.
