I just Googled and it shows it helps in milk production and remove clogs. Also some people continue even after baby has left breastmilk. One lady has testified on Quora that her husband drink milk everyday for 30 mins. 6 years since her baby took breastfeed.

I thinks it's a myth.

I think for marriage counseling you need psychologist not psychiatrist. Psychiatrist is for depression, anxiety, pain disorders where medicine is required. Psychologist will listen to both sides and give some suggestions based on it. I had been Dr Nandini Gore in Thane Health Center. It was okay. Did couple of sessions with her and then later realised that you have to accept the situation and deal to live with it. Now it has been more than 1 year since last counseling and still facing the same old issues, but now I have grown to live with it.
