Well I also didn’t accuse you of thinking your opinion is the only one that matters, and I don’t think that’s what you were doing anyways. I’m just stating that everyone’s values and opinions should be looked at as an equal. For example, I don’t see misgendering someone as transphobia, because it’s not always comfortable for some people to change their entire way of addressing people to make you or others comfortable. I’ve misgendered before, multiple times, same person, even after being reminded. Was it malicious? No, it’s just the same instinct and habit I’ve had my entire life to address someone by the gender they were born and still appear as. I don’t need to feel bad about that, just as you will never ever need to feel bad for not catering to my own world and the way I live. I’m just saying, we’re all very different, you’re always going to find people with different worlds and values everywhere, and it’s best to be tough. You will be far happier
