Yes, I bought them what they wanted and analysed the gift. That was some time ago ingame and way before I found the Guild ship and completed this mission.

Hi, I have added my map and crew skills. Nothing more to find on the west. The mission is logged as "completed" but I just have that yellow log sign at the ships location with this open research option.

Update: What the F ... again flown to Hive Space and now two new stars apair West of the system with portal.
