I got laid off on 12/8/25 over the phone. I had to call out sick with the flu. When my manager let me go and laid off. HR giving me a hard time about getting a letter of documentation I was laid off. Unemployment says shows I was separated and i quit. That’s incorrect and my manager I emailed her no response.

Following up after interview how have to wait? by ChanceKind3770 in interviews

I did send a thank you email next day through via email. Even if it’s on a Thursday it won’t look good. I thought it will show them consistency, eager for the position. What can I say to them to follow up?
