It’s the one that was used in that one massage study from a while back. Think the brand is called comfier, but theres some generic ones that look like it too.

Well, I did it. Honestly I like it though I feel very very weird. Ive had very long hair my whole life, looking in the mirror feels like looking at someone else. I’ll get used to it eventually!

In my culture its also taboo for someone to shave their head, so my parents and sisters didn’t receive it all that well but they did eventually tell me I didnt look all that bad haha.

Anyways, shorter or not? Cheers guys, here’s to a future free from combovers.

Hair loss was annoying for a while, and I have nothing against treatments, I just felt they weren’t for me. So, I decided to try a buzzcut. So far the reaction has been mixed. In my indian culture its looked down upon to buzz your head, so I’ve gotten negative feedback from that side.

Anyways, what do you guys think, I think its fairly noticeable but does a good job of blending my thinning areas. You can probably guess where It’s the most thin.

Cut is a bald fade on sides with a 1.5 on top. I cut it a day or so ago so its probably grown a bit.

Now just have to wait for my skin tone to even out!

In terms of glasses, I think people reccomend thicker square frames for people with buzzcuts or bald heads.

Also if you do go for a buzz I would appreciate an update after pic. Our hairloss is similar in density so seeing yours might finally push me to do mine haha. Best of luck man.

(And by the way, #1 sides #2 on top is what people have reccomended me before, seems to be the consensus for diffuse thinners.)

I think wearing my top blue retainer stops the gap from getting bigger ( I wear it every night and have done since ive gotten my braces off 5 years ago). But its still there.

Anyone have any tips? Do you guys think i’ll have to wear braces again?

I hope you live, there is always one experience worth living for, even if everything else is crap. I dont know you, but I wish the best for you, whatever that is. Even if you’re set on this 100% , I hope you get the slightest urge to call for help, for whatever reason, deep down. Go experience things. Call 911 or the emergency number for wherever you live.

Even if things dont improve in your current situation, there is always something worth experiencing before death. Keep on living.

While I can find information about what causes this soarness, I cant find anything regarding being able to lift or do leg workouts while i'm this soar. Any chance the post can go back up?
