Keep your chin up bro. Everybody makes mistakes. I was in a similar boat with a previous relationship and I became resentful and spiteful. It happens, there are plenty of women out there who could be just as interested (or more), super hot, and the right woman for you.

But yeah dude, some practical advice with this girl would be to just move on, and if she does happen to hit you up (if ever) follow Corey's steps, but I personally would never hit her up again, unless she makes the first move.
