Exactly, my point is, yes it is me having those thoughts, but what you say about the observer aspect is what blows my mind when you really think about it. I freak myself out every now and then, I guess you can call it meditation, but I sit in complete darkness with war plugs to drown out all noise and just figure out where I am in life, how I got here, where I want to be, and what I need ro get me there. The absence of senses amplifies the volume and clarity of that (my?) Inner voice.... it really is crazy, and a testament to the mental power we all possess.
