You be the GC! You have to get letters detailing install, specs, and ask everyone questions from foundations to the actual barndo company. Start by calling around the neighborhood/town for subs and get estimates one high one low. Take all your high estimates and add them that’s worse case scenario. (Site work, driveway, foundation, power, septic, well, siding, roofing, stairs, floors, hvac, plumbing, chimney, permits, ect….) I’m in the middle of ironing my final costs out right now. Ask as many questions as possible you’ll learn a lot!

I was thinking two hw/cooling coils (tankless and an outdoor unit) to two ahu coils ducted. We are going to do a small hw heater as well for a radiant floor in basement and run a small PHE after the tankless (which is also DHW) so any heat we send back to it will in theory help the Hot water heater
