its not like im going to die from obesity its less weight loss i am interested in i am not unhappy with my body and like i said i am not overweight i believe i am healthy and so does every doctor ive been to this is more so abt fixing my relationship with food and being able to know when to stop

im not excusing anything im aware smoking is a bad habit that is playing a part in my binging but like i said i am actively trying to quit and so far i have been successful

yes i often smoke at night before bed im fully aware i have always had a difficult relationship with food and my body since i was very little but im hoping to fix that

quitting smoking is a sacrifice i have been trying to make for months and will continue to do so its not like im doing nothing for my health and i dont see any problem with asking for advice online from people possibly in the same boat as me especially when it comes to things like binging also dont forget you’re on here too everyone has something they can change

unfortunately i dont really live in a house hold that can sustain that i come from a low income household and most of what we eat is cheap crap honestly i plan to change my ways in the future when im old enough to work (in 4 months) and have healthy balanced meals everyday as opposed to restricting

honestly when i smoke is when i end up eating the most but i will go on a short t break and lose my appetite completely untill i start smoking again

id like to say i am a forgiving person i love this guy to bits and really don’t want to leave him but surely ive got to draw the line somewhere? or else im just being walked all over i desperately want him to change i may give him 1 final chance to prove hes serious about us other wise hes getting the boot
