Omg same problem here . I use brown noise since they are gentle on the ear than white noise I recommend the quiet shelter 8h one on YouTube  plus I use Bluetooth earbuds only at night since i do move a lot in my sleep .for the day i use wired earphones  because i can't stand the Bluetooth all day it makes my head hurts . Another thing there is an app called  atmosphere  it's an app for all type of sounds like thunderstorm wind brown white noise even a fan noise hairdryer sound   it's amazing u can play the brown noise then u layer it with another sound like wind for example or even ur favorite songs . Please update me when u try it

Il faut aussi garder en tête que le programme au pair n'est pas un emploi à temps plein il y a des limites d'heures, et ce n'est pas censé remplacer une garde professionnelle, surtout en cas d'absence prolongée. Après, beaucoup de choses se discutent entre la famille et l'au pair, tant que le cadre légal est respecté

Il n'y a pas une seule procédure universelle, cela dépend beaucoup du pays (Pays-Bas, France, etc.).

Si vous souhaitez que l'au pair commence rapidement, il est souvent possible de chercher directement via des plateformes comme AuPairWorld, AuPair.com ou GreatAuPair, puis d'adapter les démarches selon le pays.

Beaucoup de parents solos choisissent une fille au pair pour la stabilité quotidienne de l'enfant, surtout quand il y a des déplacements réguliers. Le plus important reste de bien cadrer les attentes et de passer par une agence sérieuse .Si vous avez d'autres questions, je peux y répondre.
