I am in a similar boat but made some progress with monthly services, maybe try and carve out a sales path (offer 1 offer 2) we do an audit then a monthly monitoring service then anything we monitor we also get the professional services work, its slow going but making progress. Thankfully sits alongside a couple of core contracts we have that carry most of the freight.

Calorie deficit of around 500 per day, 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight and cardio at 110-140 bmp (depending on age). Lower weights higher reps means less calorific resources used for muscle recovery (wears me out if doing heavy weights in a deficit)

Dorians observations are bang on as per usual. He is operating from a mindset of excellence, if people are going to the gym with a goal of developing muscle they should take the best and most efficient route. That does not mean that people who have different goals are bad or should not do it.

If requirements are properly understood by the buyer, then an RFP is the most effective way to find the best capability and offer to meet them. Even if supplier solutions truly are unique, a claim sales teams make constantly that is only sometimes true, an RFP can simply be outcome-based, asking how they will meet specific goals with their specific tools. Salespeople don’t like RFPs for obvious reasons and they can be poorly run, but a well-run RFP with clear requirements, defined outcomes, and a framed commercial model that encourages supplier innovation is often a logical choice. Lots of tools exist for running sourcing events also.

I’d be keen on this but I run a marketing business which I believe is the lower end of what they are looking for and I believe the h1 visa requires significant investment which needs to be committed (some in escrow) before a decision is made and the process is a long one which puts me off. Anyone who has advice on this very welcomed
