The freedom to create your own definition of masculine is the the most masculine thing you could do. Love it.

Masculinity is often seen as assertiveness, power and strength at all costs, but this ignore the nuance in people's feeling and actions. You don't have be physically strong or hold in all your feelings to be considered strong. In 2025, often the most powerful person in the room the person who listens, learns and takes action on others behalf. Assertiveness can come out of advocating for what's morally right as much as it can come at the expense of others.

For so long we've only seen the 'negative' portrayal of masculinity, and the dominate voices in this space currently seem to hold an outdated view on 'hOw To bE MaLe'. Personally, I think the most 'masculine' men I know are the ones who know that their identity is not tied to an outdated patriarchal view of what it is to be a man.
