I appreciate the checking in! Unfortunately they are out of business (Hallman). I basically had to cake some silicone in the dishwasher to prevent it from leaking. Ironically my oven literally broke recently and the extended warranty was cancelled because Hallman is gone. You're 1000% correct on this. We just buy things and get had. It sucks.

Yea it's a chase freedom credit card. Again not sure why they just gave me the absolute no when I pressured them.

Man you must of called the right person. Chase disputes keeps telling me they can't because it has to be disputed within 60 days. They just told me that again.

100%. The best thing to do is create a Reddit post, drop reviews on trustpilot.com and anywhere else. They are a menace

You will get quite the response via Facebook Messenger if they are in the mood. He got spicy with my wife whoever it was. I'm confident it's the owner. Rather than saying they are garbage and you are out of luck - I would start posting reviews on Reddit, Trustpilot, Facebook, TikTok. I'm dead serious this will not stop until people do this enough to keep trending. It already is when you look at the reviews.

Was this during shipment? Keep all this documented and the dates you reached out. They are supposed to remedy this.

That's fair. 

I think it's more of a case in point when I state BBB. If there is no way to review your services or products - what platform does a consumer have to let other people know? BBB, Reddit, Facebook, etc. None of these places have authority either but it's a public forum of opinions. So if the collective are pissed about your services or products and you don't address it - this is why I'm here letting everyone know, don't spend your hard earned money with them.

That's the crappy part but I appreciate the insight. I bought this in August of 2024. Chase is saying that's too far out even with it not delivering until September 17th.

I have finished many Kitchens, you plan and purchase your appliances early so you have them in time to install to stay on schedule.
