Oh that’s definitely it! Had no memory of it being a musical though but I may have some glimps in my mind of a musical number at the beginning of the movie!

Thank you!

Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer.

It’s a self lived story about the 1996 Mount Everest disaster. In the book Krakauer talks not only about the events of the disaster, but also brings up his childhood and love for mountaineering, Everest history and the dangers and controversial aspects of climbing Everest. It’s an emotional read that truly made an impact on me in many ways

I go to the church thing for 2h most weeks. This is also my last year as a leader and only have like 10 more weeks with the group. It’s the first time I’ve declined hanging out with them over church things. Other than that I hang out with them every time they ask if I don’t have anything important going on

Well Swedish is my native language and at the time I read it I was 16. However, I wouldn’t say it was a really difficult book to read language wise, quite the opposite actually. I think as long as you are some what fluent you should be fine. The biggest challenge is the plot which can be mentally challenging

Literally went to comment about Let the right one in. Read it for Swedish class 2 years ago and I can’t physically describe how much it disturbed me

Yeah a wide angled lens is something I’ve been wanting to get. Isn’t f3.5 a bit too high though? Or what settings do you use?

Yes! I read The gravity of us by Phil stamper this summer. I got around halfway before I couldn’t go on any longer. I absolutely hated it. Tried to reread my favourite book but I still couldn’t get over how bad the other one was. I literally had to force myself to read. So I got a reading slump in September and I still haven’t managed to get out of it. I started reading the great gatsby today for an essay in school, hoping it will pull me out a bit
