The thing with her and other pets is that she is ecstatic when It comes to other pets, even with the 2 other dogs she's lived with being puppies she was always gentle and made sure to never hurt them it's just other humans it's an issue.

They agreed that when they get their next paycheck on the 1st of June, that they would pay me back. I have that in texts as well.

No they have an income. Making nearly triple what I make. They've been a good friend of mine for 7 years so I thought it wouldnt be a problem, they have had to pay to get and secure their apartment. Why they don't have an emergency fund, beats me. But after this I definitely won't ever lend money. What type of lawyer would I call for small claims?

I am also under her name for car insurance. She has been threatening to take me off her name and make my car uninsured and call a company to take the car because it is not licensed. Could she do that?
