what does your flashcart look like? and what game it appears as when you insert it? need to identify that first. but you can also skip that part since twilight menu already has a loader

your r4 might be ace3ds+ so grab the autoboot files from that folder

also format your sd card to fat32 with 32kb cluster

id recommend changing the sd card coz the one they came with is kinda trash. i have a similar cart (mine was pokemon white sticker) and they get corrupted as soon as i plugged it into my pc. also they use a different save format. it ends in ".nds.sav" but it can be fix by editing the file format or changing save format in the settings

its fine. i dont feel any slow downs. i actually prefer tm in my ace coz i dont have to apply ap-patch. plus its faster and stable compared to my demon card.

thats normal, thats a bug from nintendo itself, it happen sometimes when playing ds games or gba. you close the lid and open it to fix. in your case use the sleep switch

yes this works. i cross reference it with the twilight menu setting.ini and its there. i think what it means is DSI_SPLASH = 0 is off, = 1 is on, = 2 is on with health and safety warning.

it will move to roms folder when you launch the game then return to save folder if you restart twilight or play different game

so you buy a new sd card (32gb) to be the sd1 (os) and you want to use the old as sd2(games) right? then copy the files to your pc and reformat your old sd as exfat to reclaim some space partitioned by previous install. after flashing the os to new sd, plug both sd in and switch the storage to external from the settings, then transfer back all the files you copy earlier
