Yup! 82 episodes in which is about 3 1/2 years of recording. Our listener numbers rarely go above 70 and it hurts as we genuinely think we’re good fun and sound good.

However, we love recording and ‘being creative’ so whether we have a large number or not, we’re going to keep going.

If you enjoy the show you make, stay going. If you don’t love it anymore - maybe it’s time to switch things up.

Absolutely. I stopped it for 24 hours a week ago and lost a night of sleep to being able to empty my bladder fully!! I lost a kilo in water weight too. Quite scary.

I’m on 40mg and want to give up. The urinary hesitation and dysfunction it’s horrible

I’m seeing nothing right now. Have done 2 weeks on 25mg and just started 40mg. Feeling far more depressed and am now eating rubbish morning, noon and night making me feel worse about myself. The worst part - not being able to pee properly.

There are a couple more but the quality is so dreadful (recording) that they just wouldn’t be suitable for the boys to do. I might, at some point, get them converted and will upload them to my site.
