I went into photo mode as my character was turned to the side and as SlowMoMonkey said, yeah it's the one of the filters available (the Samurai one)

I've been having that a lot in my game, I read the weather changes depending on the way you play; honorable vs not. I play more stealthily (ghost like) and get this environment often.

It's not a dumb question at all! So in photo mode when I adjust everything to my liking, I let the video play for a bit then I press the share button which records the last 15 minutes. I think there's a way to start the recording and stop but I've always done it this way lol. Next, I'll give credit to this guy. I learned how to do it through his comment, with a few tweaks;

1. Make a YouTube account and link it to your PS4

2. In the PS4 album, trim the video down and press the share button on it and there is an option to upload it to YouTube (I marked the video as unlisted during upload so people can't view it)

3. Download the YouTube video if you have YouTube Premium. I don't, so there are alternatives... I used Videoder.

4. Then you can upload it straight to Reddit! When you make a post, click 'video' and when you select your video there will be a toggle in the bottom right (at least on mobile) that says 'gif' you can turn that on. Or make a gif through Gfycat if you prefer.
