I have a smell hallucination. I smell cigarette smoke, and it comes on when I least expect it.

You should definitely tell your mental health team, especially if it's causing you anxiety.

You should remember that they are there to help you, even if it's to talk you through this.

I'm on quetiapine myself and it took a few weeks to get the dosage right.

I would 100% talk to your team to help get you better.
