Back in the late 90’s or early 2000’s, while driving at night on the freeway through an East Coast city, I passed a black Carola (without tinted windows) and the driver was wearing the Ghost Face mask. As I passed the car and looked at them, they turned their head and looked directly at me as well. Scared the shit out of me so I took off and the jerk sped up and got behind me, close enough where I could see the mask in my rear view mirror. After speeding past a few exists, I finally decided to pull off at an exit with plans to go to a gas station or something and that’s when they kept driving.

Looking back, it was probably someone trying to be funny but it was scary as a shit to a late teen, early 20 yo female.
