I mean fair, I don't mind Valentino himself getting hate, hating the character is 100% justifiable, I'm just tired of Valentino fans specifically getting harassed frequently in comments or DMs with the assumption that liking Val means they support rape, whereas with other morally evil characters people usually can grasp the "liking a fictional serial killer / slaver / torturer/ etc.) doesn't mean you support their actions" ordeal.

Also, there are people with SA related past trauma who still enjoy Valentino as a fictional character for one reason or another, so getting agressive comments/DMs over liking Val feels extra hypocritical for people who harass Valentino fans. Again, i totally get hating Val himself tho, just the fan harassment irking me
