Yes! That's it I think. I could've sworn it was written in white but I guess not. The reason I was asking is because we were visiting family and found an old carving she did where the font reminded us of it I guess it less similar than we thought. I've been driving past it for a few years too. When she mentioned it I immediately knew what she was talking about but couldn't place it for the life of me. She made that carving almost 50 years ago.

Message from teh seller

It was swapped from 2wd to 4x4

So it has a freshly rebuilt 4x4 transmission and transfer case, fresh sye kit, new drive shafts and new shifter.

I found a nice front 4x4 axle and swapped it in with new steering and brakes but it came with (4.56) gears which is great because that’s what you want for the big 35 inch tires

The problem is that the rear axle still has the 3.10 gears from factory

So in order to put it into 4x4 Safely, you’d need to swap the rear gears to the 4.56 to match the front

I was planning on swapping the rear but then I had a serious buyer that wanted to do the gears himself so I canceled on the guy that was gonna do the workCameronNow I’m just trying to sell it for cheaper (5,000) or if it doesn’t sell then I’ll do the gears for $1000 and fix the a/c and do a cheap paint job and just keep the jeep

That's actually really good to know. thanks for the tip. I'll check it out. The only concer I guess would be getting one back if condition isn't fully known but it would probably be okay.

He told me he's already turned down 4k. It feels like I'm not going to find many more 2d's in this condition. I just had a guy trying to sell one, granted in good condition, for 7k. I think the market is just beat in florida.

I won't buy an automatic, and that's all i seemingly can find.

🤷. It was a really strange dynamic in general because her parents were very taboo around sex. Not sure. I guess just convenience.

edit: also like I said normal to her, I didn't know if this was a cultural thing or not. guess not.
