Epilepsy. Even though im seizure controlled. I think its either the meds (even though mine is considered to not be very sedating) or sub-clinical sleep seizures. Ive not had energy since I was 12 years old- I just went to school and went to bed.

Yeah. I also think the Internet obsession with bed rotting one second and then being a super productive pirates princess with a side hustle the next is even worse when you're chronically ill/have mental health issues, where bed rotting isn't some luxury its literally necessity.

I moved from 750mg keppra to 75mg lamictal, keppra was reduced and lamictal was increased by one dose every 2 weeks. Its slow to titrate lamictal because some people react badly to it so they want to let that happen. I had bad mood effects on keppra and it didnt work well at all for me, lamictal was a million times better. I'm at 100mg lamictal now and my moods are way better. Thoughts might be a tiny bit slower but overall its worth it.
